Basically you get what you pay for. I think they were less than $20 when I first bought them and they sound great for the price... but they only lasted a couple of years before falling apart. There is now a short in one of the earphone cables and the covering on both earphones are completely shredded and coming off in chunks... you'd think they were 10 years old. They did however give me many hours of listening enjoyment so if you are looking for a cheap headphone fix at a low price I would still recommend these, just know they didn't last as long as I expected.
